By downloading or using the application (software) "Fencing Robotics VR" (other name is "3-weapon virtual reality fencing training software"), these terms will automatically apply to you, so you should make sure that you carefully read them before using the application.
You are not permitted to copy or modify the app, any part of it, or our trademarks in any way.
You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the application, and you also must not attempt to translate the application into other languages or create derivative versions.
The application itself and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights associated with it remain the property of Fencing Robotics LLC.
The software (application) is intended only for individual use on one virtual reality helmet within the period according to your license and cannot be transferred or sold to other individuals or legal entities without the permission of Fencing Robotics LLC.
Fencing Robotics LLC strives to ensure that the application is as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for an app or its services without explaining to you exactly what you are paying for.
The Fencing Robotics VR App may store and process the personal data you have provided to us in order to provide our services. You are responsible for the security of your device and access to the application. Therefore, we recommend that you do not "jailbreak" or "root" your device, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device's official operating system. This may leave your device vulnerable to malware/viruses/malware, compromise the security features of your device, and may mean that the Fencing Robotics LLC application will not work properly or at all.
The app does use third party services that declare their own user agreements.

You should be aware that there are certain things for which Fencing Robotics LLC will not be held responsible. Some features of the app require an active internet connection. The connection may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile operator, but Fencing Robotics LLC cannot be held responsible if the application does not work in full if you do not have access to Wi-Fi and do not have any data.
If you are using the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, you should be aware that your terms of agreement with your mobile carrier will still apply. As a result, your mobile operator may charge you data charges for the duration of your connection while accessing the application, or other third party charges. When using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such fees, including data roaming charges if you use the Application outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.
Likewise, Fencing Robotics LLC cannot always be held responsible for how you use the application.
You need to make sure that your device remains charged - if it has a dead battery and you cannot turn it on to use it, Fencing Robotics LLC cannot take responsibility for this.
Regarding the responsibility of Fencing Robotics LLC for your use of the application, when you use the application, it is important to keep in mind that while we strive to keep it updated and corrected, we rely on third parties to provide information to us in order to we could make it available to you. Fencing Robotics LLC is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, that you incur as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the application.
At some point, we may want to update the application. The app is currently available on Android - system requirements (and any additional systems we decide to extend the app's availability to) may change and you'll need to download updates if you want to continue using the app.
Fencing Robotics LLC does not promise that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and / or works with the version of Android that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept app updates when they are offered to you, we may also wish to stop providing the app and may stop using it at any time without notifying you of the termination. Unless we tell you otherwise, any termination will terminate (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms and conditions; (b) you must stop using the application and (if necessary) remove it from your device.
Changes to this user agreement
We may update our user agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new user agreement on our website or by sending it to you.
